Ex-NFLPA lawyer settles lawsuit with union over alleged retaliation

Former NFLPA lawyer Heather McPhee has settled the federal lawsuit in which she accused the union, its former executive director and two other senior executives of conspiring to keep her from cooperating with a criminal inquiry into union finances.
